Dr. Pierre Monod is the Medical expert of SCALJET® technology. He is a certified honored doctor since 1988, and a Surgeon since 1990.
On top of being SCALJET’s President and CMO, Dr. Monod is also an expert for Intuitive Surgical and helps all High-end Institutes to launch their robotic program using Da Vinci robotic system. He brings an invaluable expertize of 30 years in surgical activity using minimally invasive techniques and tools in France and abroad.
Dr. Monod is currently the Director Division of Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery, Head of Urology Department at Ilyinskaya Hospital, Moscow - Russia.
Dr. Pierre Monod has a Master Degree in Human Biology and Anatomy, Urodynamic, Andrology. Laparoscopic and holds a Master Degree in surgical techniques for Oncology diseases.
He is a distinguished member of the French Association of Urology.
Pascal Benassi

Pascal Benassi is the principal architect of SCALJET® technology.
Mr. Benassi brings an amazing expertize of 30 years in high pressure micro-jets innovation, acquired at ANDRITZ Perfojet, the world leading company in Spunlace technologies.
On top of being SCALJET’s CEO and CTO, Mr. Benassi also holds the position of R&D and Technical Director at ANDRITZ Perfojet, and more recently as Head of the Spunlacing Process Technology of the ANDRITZ Group, Nonwoven Division.
Pascal Benassi is also known as the author of multiples industrial patents in micro-jets system in the Spunlacing field, and the inventor of a patented tool for dental care using micro-jets specially dedicated for dental caries.
Pascal Benassi is graduated in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Jules Haag, Besancon in France.
Alain Vuillaume

Alain Vuillaume has over 20 years of experience in Medical Device, Biotech and High-tech industries.
Prior to joining SCALJET, Mr. Vuillaume led the International Customer Service, Bid/Tender & Market Access Operations at Genomic Health, the world's leading provider of early stage cancer genomic-based diagnostic tests.
Mr. Vuillaume worked at Haemonetics, the Global Leader in Blood Management Solutions, where he led the International Customer & Sales Support Operations and actively contributed to the merger and acquisition of Pall filtration.
At Schneider Electric, the world leading global specialist in energy management and automation, he held the position of EMEA Operations Director where he successfully managed a business worth $1.2b and contributed to the merger and the acquisition of American Power Conversion.
Alain Vuillaume has a MSc and a BSc in International Marketing from Staffordshire University, UK and holds a BA in Finance from the University of Lyon, France.

Prior to the formation of SCALJET, André Vuillaume was known as the founder and former President of PERFOJET (recently acquired by the ANDRITZ Group), a world leading engineering company developing micro-jets systems.
Mr. Vuillaume left his print on our day-to-day lives by creating and developing the Spunlacing technology (micro-jets entanglement) which is nowadays the world reference in mass production of all chemical binder-free webs, which surgical gowns and wet wipes are some examples of multiples end-users products.
André Vuillaume has a Dipl.-Ing. in chemical engineering and holds a Dipl.-Ing. in hydraulic engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology (INPG) in France. André Vuillaume is also known as the author of many international patents related to micro-jets systems.
Stefanos Konandreas

Stefanos Konandreas brings over 15 years of experience in Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing acquired in both Medical Device, and High-Tech companies.
Prior to joining SCALJET, Mr. Konandreas was involved in the International Medtech industry for 8 years (SoPlus, Zimmer Surgical, Juvaplus, Electro Medical Systems), and most importantly has a successful track record in creating a company from a business plan with Juvaplus.
Stefanos Konandreas has been the 1st author and co-author of multiples industrial patents that have been granted, and won several design awards.
Stefanos Konandreas holds an Executive MBA in Management of Technology from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland and also a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
